Bouldering is great full-body exercise; it’s sociable, mindful, creative and endlessly fun. You can make your climbing session as easy or as tough as you want, depending on how you feel or what your goals are. Give it a go, you’ll probably get hooked.
Bouldering is a low level form of rock climbing that does not use ropes for safety instead the floors are covered with matting 30cm deep. Shoe hire is included.
Register below and complete acknowledgement of risk for each participant. When you arrive all over 16’s will be required to complete a quiz to show understanding of the safety information in the video.
